BHARAT FOUNDERS went on developing new products and expanded the machining capacity and developed products for customers of repute namely Kirloskar Group of Companies, Vehicle Factory, Jabalpur, Heavy Vehicle Factory, Avadi (Ministry of Defence), Indian Railways, Mahindra & Mahindra, Greaves Ltd., etc. and also developed products for export.The partners of Bharat Founders promoted a private limited company under the caption PEARLITE LINERS PVT. LTD. The company acquired land at the then out-skirt of the city, N.T. Road (existing place) and housed three manufacturing centers, inspection, packing, godown, administration, machine shops and some of the ancillary units. After 1975, the Company went on modernizing the production line by installing electrical furnace for melting in the place of cupolas and went in for sophisticated machinery equipments like centreless grinder, vertical honing machine, CNCs etc. During this period, about 40 ancillary units were developed and number of employees working in the foundry went up to 500 and that of ancillary units to 600. Bharat Founders was merged with Pearlite Liners Pvt. Ltd. in 1987.
